上海半岛版画工作室是一所开放式和公益性的民间艺术机构。成立于2002年，由中国美术家协会版画艺术委员会委员、上海美术家协会版画艺术委员会主任卢治平担任艺术主持。工作室的活动空间约300平方米，备有各种版画专业创作设备，供艺术家创作所需。工作室附设一个小型的观摩陈列厅，可供艺术家举办小型展览和其他交流。
工作室为了提高版画创作的艺术、学术水准，促进上海本市和地区间艺术家之间的交流和了解，多次参与策划和组织各类不同规模的版画作品展览。2010年，工作室艺术主持卢治平作为策展人和艺术总监参与策划了《观城——2010上海国际版画展》。为了普及版画的基础教育、培养青年艺术家，工作室还不定期地举办针对不同对象的培训班和进修班。其中，每年一期的“半岛版画研修班”成为上海青年版画家的摇篮。
同时，上海半岛版画工作室也是一家专业从事原创版画销售的画廊。长期致力于美化公共环境。与国内外多家知名建筑设计公司合作，承接过多家宾馆、大酒店、银行、办公楼及其他公共场所的环境设计及布置工程。现秉承着“让版画走进生活，提高大众审美情趣”的理念，为别墅、会所、个人家居提供版画艺术作品。
